Tomorow Night's Game Dedicated to Cancer Survivor Awareness Night

Coach Dicus and the team are dedicating Friday's home football game as Cancer Awareness Night at St. Michael's. Wear your pink to show your support for those with a history of cancer and the ones who support them.*

Survivors, friends and family who have been affected by cancer are asked to come down to the sideline at 7:10 p.m. before the 7:30 p.m. kickoff to be recognized among the St. Michael's community.

According to the National Cancer Survivors Day Foundation, events like these "provide an opportunity for all people living with a history of cancer – including America’s more than 15.5 million cancer survivors – to connect with each other, celebrate milestones, and recognize those who have supported them along the way." For more information on survivors, their struggles and how you can help, visit https://www.ncsd.org/about-us.

*this event will recognize those affected by all types of cancer
