Athletes Playing Multiple Sports at St. Michael’s (By Jeff Dicus, Athletic Director and Head Football Coach)

We are proud to be the school in which our athletes can and do gain exposure to multiple sports in their four years here. This flexibility is a hallmark of our Athletics program and distinguishes us from our competitor schools.

At the same time, we want to do everything possible to keep athletes injury-free; so, we want to take a moment to offer a clarifying statement to guide our players.

To ensure their well-being, students will remain with their current, in-season sport to its end before competing in another sport. That said, it is up to my discretion as Athletic Director, or Kevin Steen as Associate Athletic Director, as to whether or not we will allow exceptions.
