Joslin Elementary "Adopt-A-School" Summer Survival Kits (By Glenn Smith '24)

Eight St. Michael's student-volunteers from the World Languages Program distributed over 250 Summer Survival Kits at Joslin Elementary School containing markers, crayons, colored pencils, watercolor packs, glue sticks, sketch pads, and sidewalk chalk as part of a community Adopt-A-School partnership. We had a good time getting to play with the kindergarten through 4th grade Joslin students and were even able to practice our Spanish at times!

Thank you so much for your help and support for schools and families in our own backyard.  It’s my hope that this leads to a long-lasting experience and connection between our schools!
