The Honors Anatomy and Physiology class is beginning a unit on the skeletal system and has the unique opportunity to visit the Forensic Anthropology Center at Texas State (FACTS). The group will attend a private 3 hour workshop with a lecture and hands-on material and explore the indoor skeletal laboratory. The workshop will focus on human osteology where the students learn about the human skeleton and articulate a skeleton in small groups. Students will also learn how to analyze the skeleton for a biological profile in forensic anthropology casework.
