Dining Hall Gets New Software Upgrade

We have exciting news! The café is receiving a software upgrade, LunchTime, to incorporate student and parent feedback. LunchTime will enhance our capabilities and shorten the time students wait in line.  LunchTime continues to offer the aspects of MealTime that parents liked the most. For example, using cash, check or credit card in person to fill their students' accounts and the ability for parents to monitor their students' eating habits with a simple glance.  FURTHER DETAILS WILL FOLLOW SOON!
In addition, the LunchTime adds many more capabilities!  A keypad at the registers will allow students to enter a pin (their student ID number) or scan their ID, eliminating the need to enter each student’s name manually. This will cut down the time students must wait in line and also offers greater account security. 
 
The following are additional improvements:
  • Allergy alerts that parents may set
  • Cheaper fees for processing payments online
  • Faster balance availability between online deposit and café register
  • Parents may set up automatic e-mail notification at a chosen dollar amount
  • No negative balances are allowed
  • Automatic monthly payments may be set up
