Flu Prevention! Vaccine Available on Campus October 24

  • Flu shots are available on the St. Michael's campus this fall.
  • Date: Wednesday, October 24
  • Time: 11:30-1:00 p.m.
  • Location: Campus Ministry Office/Upper Commons
Staff, family members, and students age 9 to 64 may participate.
No charge with Blue Cross Blue Shield, United Healthcare, or Scott & White Insurance. We will submit claims for payment. INSURANCE Card (or a photocopy) needed to file insurance.
Without insurance: $40 cash or check payable to Flu Busters.
Vaccine provided: Preservative-Free, Quadrivalent (covers 4 strains instead of only 3), Inactivated (killed virus).
