Competition Robotics (By Gil Garcia, Technology Instructor)

The "Lightsaders" is the name of our Science elective Robotics team, who have been hard at work getting ready for the World Championship for this year's challenge, "Rover Ruckus."

So far, they have competed at the First Tech Challenge on November 10 at Dripping Springs High School, and they (and the robot) performed well. Expectations are high as the Lightsaders did reach the World Championship tournament last year. The team's next competition is on December 9 at Vandegrift High School.
