A nearly 80-year-old tradition, Texas Boys State, brings the best and brightest from around the great state of Texas for a week-long interactive dive into the inner workings of a democracy.
American Legion Boys State is among the most respected and selective educational programs of government instruction for high school students. It is a participatory program where each student becomes a part of the operation of his local, county, and state government.Learn leadership skills in a fast-paced, energetic environment and build new and lasting friendships with other young men from across the state. This year's program is June 7 through June 12, 2020.
If you are currently a junior and interested in participating in this exciting opportunity and if the dates will work for your summer schedule, please contact your College Counselor. We will discuss each student's interest and then nominate students to attend.
