Jim Dechman is the President and CEO of Veros Systems, a Texas developer of AI/machine learning technology that uses electrical waveforms to monitor the performance and health of industrial motors, pumps and compressors. He is involved in the venture capital aspect of both the funding side and operates the business side. Mr. Dechman received a mechanical engineering degree from the University of Texas and an MBA from Harvard.
