Dr. Lucy Dahl is an industrial/organizational and counseling psychologist and has held several leadership roles within multinational companies. She led talent management at Advanced Micro Devices (AMD), with responsibility for in-depth organization and talent planning, coaching, assessment, executive promotion, executive onboarding, and pay-for-performance processes. Prior to AMD, Dr. Dahl was at Dell, where she held several leadership positions, with responsibility for global talent management programs.
