Taiwan Night Market (By Meishing Chen, Mandarin Instructor)
Taiwan Night Market is a family-friendly, casual indoor event featuring fun games and delicious street food reminiscent of the popular Taiwanese Night Market culture 台灣夜市.
Food includes salt and pepper chicken 鹹酥雞, boba tapioca tea 波霸奶茶, roasted tea eggs 茶葉蛋，and many more. Game booths feature gold fish scooping 撈金魚，ring tossing 丟圈圈，balloons-dart 飛鏢射氣球，and more, with lots of fun prizes.
A portion of proceeds from food and game sales will go toward scholarship fund benefiting local youth. Hosted by a nonprofit organization, Chinese Society of Austin at www.CSAustin.org.
