Michael Toth - Trustee

Michael Toth is General Counsel at Backflip, a real estate technology startup. Before joining Backflip, Michael was General Counsel at REX, a Texas state court judge, and a senior counsel at the Texas Attorney General's Office. Michael holds a bachelor’s degree in history from Stanford, and a J.D. and master's degree in history from the University of Virginia. After law school, he served in the United States Marine Corps and remains active in the reserves. Michael and Carolina's three school-aged children, Fabiana, Lorcan, and Mireille, attend St. Gabriel's Catholic School.
