August 1st is Right Around the Corner!
  • ALL health records must be completed by Aug 1, 2018.
  • Health information is found at MY SMCA. Click HERE.
  • Once logged in, click on the on the RESOURCES page, and go to the Magnus Health Records tile.
Students involved in preseason training will NOT be allowed to participate until a current physical and signed TAPPS forms are uploaded into Magnus.

Remember, physicals are required each school year (good only for 365 days), and TAPPS forms must be filled out and signed by a parent and student each school year.
