JV Football Victorious Against Del Valle

On Thursday, August 31, the Crusaders JV Football team traveled to Del Valle to take on the Del Valle JV Football team. The Crusaders scored first with a 2 yard touchdown from freshman Jack Cisneros. Freshman Daniel Serna found Donovann Armstrong in the back of the endzone for a 2pt conversion to give the Crusaders an 8-0 lead. The Del Valle Cardinals would respond with a touchdown, but failed the 2pt conversion to make the score 8-6. The Crusaders defense held strong the rest of the game to win by a final score of 8-6. 

The JV team is back in action on Thursday, September 7, at Crusader Stadium against Weimar JV at 6pm.
