Tom Prevost is currently self-employed and works as a commercial real estate investor, investing in various asset classes both domestically and internationally. Previous experience also included 20 years of engineering management in the field of hazardous waste remediation and treatment system design. Tom was a principal at his last consulting firm and was responsible for the establishment and management of the agricultural services division within the firm. He and his team contracted with USDA to provide engineering and nutrient application recommendations for livestock facilities and producers across the western US. Tom served as a member of the management board for an investment group invested in agriculture in South America. He received his Bachelor of Science in Environmental Engineering from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo, and his MBA from California State University, Sacramento. Tom and his wife, Mary Lou, attend St. John Neumann parish and have three children. Tom served on the Catholic School Advisory Committee for their children’s K-8 Catholic school. He is a member of the Knights of Columbus at SJN parish. Tom is also a board member of Legatus Austin chapter.
